Privacy policy
This page explains what data this website collects, what we use it for and what you can do about it. The Dominican Republic's Law 172-13 on personal data protection applies.

What we collect
We only receive the data you send us through the request form:
- Company, name, email and, if you choose, phone number and plant location.
- The service you request, your answers and the description of what you need.
- Any drawings, photos or videos you attach. Please do not attach other people's information unless it is necessary.
What we use it for
- Answering your request, preparing a quote and following up on your case.
- Staying in touch about that work.
- Understanding how the site is used so we can improve it, through measurement data.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. By sending the form, you consent to our using it to handle your request.
Where it is kept
The site does not keep your requests in a database of its own: they are delivered by email to the company mailbox, where our team handles them. We keep them for as long as needed for your case and any business relationship that follows, or for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf. Some operate outside the Dominican Republic, so your data may be transferred to other countries:
- Vercel hosts the site and processes form submissions. Its technical logs may include your IP address.
- Hostinger hosts our email.
- Google, only if you accept Google Analytics measurement.
Measurement and cookies
- Google Analytics only turns on if you accept it in the notice. If you decline or do not answer, it stores no measurement cookies.
- Vercel Analytics counts visits in aggregate and does not use cookies.
- The mx-idioma cookie remembers the language you choose in the selector for one year.
- Your browser also keeps your answers to the notices and a draft of the form, so it is not lost if you reload the page. The draft is deleted when you send the request or close the tab.
You can delete all of this in your browser settings. If you do, the notice will appear again and you can change your answer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address below. We may ask you to confirm your identity before answering.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
