How it works

When a production process cannot find a commercial machine that fits, the answer is to design it: we start from what the line has to do, model the assembly in CAD with SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD, and build the structure, the mechanism and its electrical integration.

A new machine is not always necessary. Prototyping and optimizing existing equipment often solves a bottleneck with less investment, and automating a manual step reduces variation between one shift and the next.

What is included

  • Custom industrial mechanical designStarting from the process and its constraints.
  • Machinery for free trade zones and production processesDeveloped for your line.
  • Industrial process automationFor repetitive steps or those sensitive to variation.
  • Industrial steel structuresFrames, supports and platforms.
  • Mechanical and electrical system integrationThe mechanics and the panel working together.
  • CAD designSolidWorks, Fusion 360 and AutoCAD.
  • Prototyping and optimization of existing equipmentBefore investing in a new machine.

Frequently asked questions

Which CAD programs do you design in?

In SolidWorks, Fusion 360 and AutoCAD.

Is a new machine better, or modifying the one I have?

It depends on the process. That is why prototyping and optimizing existing equipment are part of the service: sometimes a change to the current equipment solves the problem without a new machine.
